I read that it takes the average person 2 - 2 1/2 years to completely get over someone that they may have been in love with. So if you can count how many times you think you've been in love then thats almost 2 years in between each relationship. Some choose to sit around & sulk while others decide to get back out there & enjoy life the way they may not have been able to. With this sometimes brings confidence knowing that your single & free to mingle. In others it may bring about doubts. Doubts that you may not know what you're doing or how to approach someone you may be interested in. Non the less everyones experiences in past relationships are all different somewhat.
Relationships in my generation are considered over-rated. If in fact that's the truth why is everyone so excited about wanting to meet the 1, 2 or 3. I mean hypothetically you're just being optimistic about meeting that special someone but no one stops to think am I at that stage in life where I'm able to give myself unconditionally to just 1 person.Being monogamous is the ultimate test and 1 of the many stubborn decisions that so few decide to make., eventually. For seeing what may be in store for you when it comes to relationships only makes for greater expectations. Relax and go with the flow. It's not so bad being single after all.
